Job description:
We are looking for appointment setters who speak NATIVE American accent in English (Please no need to apply if not) with at least 1-year of quota carrying experience in sales or appointment setting that can help expand our current outbound lead generation campaigns. You will call on decision-makers at home goods companies who are actively engaging with our marketing in real-time in order to schedule appointments for our sales team. Activities will be focused on LATAM countries.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to book appointments for our sales team
- Communicate with customers in an omni-channel approach including: text, email, calling, FB, IG, video messages
- Manage a sales pipeline and keep a clean CRM.
- Willing to work 12pm - 9pm CDT

Someone who is quick on their feet, and coachable and who is passionate about sales. You've been told you sound great on the phone and you're a diligent and organized record keeper. We hire for the long term and are looking to promote full cycle sales within the first 12 months.
Skillsets:
- Automated cold email campaign softwares (lemlist, mailchimp, cliently, etc…)
- Cold Calling, Appointment setting
- CRM system experience (Salesforce)
- Strong to near-native fluency in English

Pay: BsF3,271,963,181.61 - BsF4,089,953,977.01 per month
