LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Summerside, Prince Edward Island

HOURS: Full time hours, 40 hours per week (available immediately until early fall)
WAGES: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour + Performance Incentive (Negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and phone skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and computer skills
- Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- General knowledge of vehicles (brands, models, etc.) is a considered a strong asset
MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide quotes and book rental reservations
- Maintain rental fleet organization
- Assist customers throughout the rental process
- Coordinate with other locations to avoid scheduling conflicts
- Detail rental vehicles (when necessary)
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages
- Greet customers professionally and schedule appointments/updates.
