Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with their daily activities, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals in their medication management, ensuring compliance with prescribed medication schedules.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and actively listen to residents, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the care team to monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of residents.

Requirements:
- 6 months' recent experience in a UK-based care-related role is essential. We welcome applications from compassionate individuals with a genuine interest in providing care and support to others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents, their families, and the care team.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards the elderly and individuals with diverse needs.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies or changes in residents' conditions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
