Implementation of Rewards plans, processes and policies for a dedicated client group and act as Business Partner to provide competitive and cost-effective Rewards practices in close collaboration with the Rewards Services team.
Manage local implementation of global rewards programs that enable the business to attract, retain and reward top talent, in consultation with rewards leadership team.

Implementation of Rewards plans, processes and policies for a dedicated client group and act as Business Partner to provide competitive and cost-effective Rewards practices in close collaboration with the Rewards Services team.
Manage local implementation of global rewards programs that enable the business to attract, retain and reward top talent, in consultation with rewards leadership team.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Contribute to the development of a country/regional rewards and/or benefits strategy. Implement and adapt regional/global rewards and/or benefits strategy in the country organization.
- Understand and analyse business needs, talent priorities, market developments and develop, review and implement rewards in-country programs that ensure the Sandoz value proposition remains fair, and competitive.
- Provide counsel and recommendations on internal and external benchmarking, pay practices, incentive plans, benefits, recognition and retention plans, as well as complex offer proposals. Provide input and review where needed for global rewards processes in collaboration with Sandoz rewards services, such as annual compensation review, job evaluation and benchmarking.
- Develop and deliver training and consulting to the country organization on any rewards-related programs and processes (e.g. job evaluation, benchmarking, benefits, year-end review) to ensure rewards programs and processes are understood by HR, managers and associates.
- Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of rewards programs and make recommendations that are aligned with global rewards guidelines and ensure return on investment.
- Accountable for ensuring in-country rewards deliverables are met on a timely and accurate manner and reported as per agreed SLAs with the support of Sandoz rewards services.
- Consult and work closely with country P&Os, line managers, rewards services, workers council and rewards Leadership Team (LT) to identify, understand and address issues related to rewards. Manage various in-country rewards projects and guarantee the successful implementation of global rewards programs.
- Ensure that country rewards guidelines and processes remain compliant with the local legal framework, Sandoz governance, global policies and SOX requirements.

- Bachelor / First University Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Rewards
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with working in a complex, matrix environment with continuous change and occasionally conflicting priorities
- Analytical and numbers-oriented background essential
- Communication, presentation skills required, stakeholders' management
- Skills & Knowledge: Rewards Program Design, Consulting, Data Analytics
