Job Details:

  • Provide customer support regarding Bank via phone calls
  • Educate customers on Bank’s products and services & direct them toward available resources for self-help
  • Complete the necessary documentation accurately to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions
  • Alert management of issues that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem
  • Suggest call centre process improvements and participate in call centre initiatives for increased effectiveness
  • Use technology and system tools as directed and within established guidelines

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Able to speak in Mandarin is an
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
