Job Details:
- Provide customer support regarding Bank via phone calls
- Educate customers on Bank’s products and services & direct them toward available resources for self-help
- Complete the necessary documentation accurately to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions
- Alert management of issues that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem
- Suggest call centre process improvements and participate in call centre initiatives for increased effectiveness
- Use technology and system tools as directed and within established guidelines
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Able to speak in Mandarin is an
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
